Curried goat served with rice and peas

This all time favorite menu is primarily a caribbean meal, and is incomplete without a touch of fresh, peppery spices.

An extra touch of tumeric and cumin will enhance the taste of the curry, and the seasoned goat meat should be marinated over night prior to cooking.

Curried goat, or any curried dish including sea food curry, is best served with white rice, none the less the rice and peas is still an excellent option.
