suddenly love came rushing in
flooding my soul with new beginnings
I craved this moment from the start
love has captured my total being
Love has an aura that is so captivating
showing me what I was always missing
There's no doubt.. this love is real
These new feelings that I feel...
like doing cartwheels on the floor
like a kid in a candy store
wanting more and more..
Love came knocking at my door
There's no holding back this time's for sure

BEAUTY AND SKIN CARE WITH LEMONS !
Lemons are magical for skin care! they slow down the aging process, they firm, cleanse and regenerate the skin. Cosmetic Industries have used lemons in the preparation of almost all of their beauty products. you can give your skin the same benefit with very little effort, and at a fraction of the cost, by using homemade preparations. I have done it! You can do it too!
Preparation for oily Skin
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. (50ml) cold-pressed jojoba oil, 6 drops lemon oil, 4 drops cypress oil.
Application: Blend the jojoba oil with the lemon and cypress oil. Gentle massage your face with this mixture, every morning and night.
Note: Jojoba oil and avocado oil are especially easy on the skin, thus making them most suitable as vehicles in skin care products with essential oils. they never usually turn rancid, when you store them in dark bottles at room temperature.

Now that the holidays are over, it gives one the chance to reflect on the past year and all events that came with it, and of course the year ahead and all that it has to offer.
Dreaming the impossible dream, is not at all farfetched for some people, as it takes a clear and vivid imagination to conjure up the precise picture of how, or where they see themselves, within a given period of time.
Having said that, it should be noted that one should never take heed to others telling them; "they can't do this, or that"... for it is usually the big impossible dream that usually comes through. It doesn't matter who you are, or where you are from, it's all in your mind.... "whatever the mind can concieve or believe, it can achieve.
For the year ahead, let us start off by being fearless and bold with our ideas for success.
Set measurable goals; Plan ahead: If we fail to plan, we plan to fail.
Send positive thoughts to the universe, and positive things will happen.
"I am, therefore I can."
